Additional Charges are all type of extra costs that arises in connection with the work to solve a ticket and should be added to a worklog for the purposes of charging the customer. Can be e g travel and subsistence expenses, mileage allowance, shipping charge, transport, spare parts, etc.

In this function you configure the set of standard charges agents can use when they specify the extra costs in a worklog. When using an additional charge in worklog agent choose charge from this set and enter Quantity, e g if you define mileage cost per mile agent then can enter no of miles.

To define an Additional Charge you enter Name, Description (localized, translatable texts), Unit and Price.

Name, Unit and Price are mandatory fields.

In the menu rightmost on row you find items for Edit and Delete.
