Order confirmation template

In this function you configure the email message that is sent to Requester of an Service Order when order is approved.

You configure Subject and Body of the email message in the respective text fields. In the text you can insert order tags to specify the message. Place cursor in the text field where tag shall be inserted and click the tag in the box in right part of form. Tags are inserted as {{name}}. When the message is created all tags will be replaced by corresponding values from the order.

When message is configured, enable checkbox Email template enabled to activate the use of the template.

Confirmation message is always sent in requester´s language. Use link Add for another language to create the template in all languages in use in your system.
