Service Catalog item view shows all data of the selected item. Left panel contains general data (Service Catalog Item Info). Right part is divided in two tabs, Properties and Configuration. In the view you can change Service Catalog item Status. All other data in the view is read-only. If you want to change data you have to select Edit of the Service Catalog item.
