Configuration > Cancellation Request Manager > Cancellation Request Type
Here is a list of existing Cancellation Request Types, and you can add a new one, edit and delete custom types.
New Cancellation Request Type can be added by clicking the Add Type button. Request type name is a mandatory field, and you can add a description of Cancellation request Type. Rightmost on the row you find a link Edit. In edit popup you can change data for the type (edit is available only for custom created types, not the standard types).
Each Type has its own sets of standard properties. When creating a new type on the basis of an already existing, the new will inherit all the properties from its ancestors. You can customize the types by changing editing standard properties and/or add your own field using the Formbuilder.
