For adding new approval flow limit just click on Add Approval Flow limit button above the list. Creating the approval flow limit consists of two steps:

6. Name: - Insert approval flow limit name
7. Amount: Insert limit amount
8. Description: Insert description of approval flow limt
9. No Limit: Mark this checkbox if you want to set no limit. If you mark this property amount will be automatically hidden.
Use Cancel button to cancel approval flow creating or use Next to proceed on the next step.
In this step you are allows to set access rights to the selected approval flow limit. Also, in the list of available approval flow limits (in User profile), the user will only see those flow limits for that have the right to see. Read more how to set access scope within Scope Management.
