Add Problem

Based on the selection in Add + menu, respective form is displayed. The form is similar to the Request form except that the Problem form contains one additional field:

•  Resolution/Workaround: Select type of solution you want for the problem. There are two kind of solutions provided for the problem: Resolution and Workaround. Resolution defines the complete solution to the problem, Workaround defines a temporary solution.
