Add Notification

To add new notification, click Add new record button provided just above the list of notifications to open the Notification Creation form. This form contains the following fields:

   Name: Enter unique and valid Notification Name.

   Group: Select Ticket Group from which the notification is to be sent.

   Notification Type: Select type of the notification from the dropdown list. Available notification type in this version is Email and SMS.

   Template: Select appropriate template for the notification. This field is disabled by default. You first need to select Notification Type from the above list. The dropdown is filled based on the Notification Type selected.

When you have entered all data, click Continue button to go to the next part of the form, to map the notification to recipients.
