Agent Dashboard – Ticket and Task Overview

Dashboard screen is the start page. Page shows a list of tickets or tasks. For ticket list you can configure which columns to be displayed. You can open detail page for a ticket or task by clicking the row.

The Summary stats define the overall activities in the portal including open tickets, customer feedback and tasks. The Summary Stat displays summary of the tickets and the tasks in numbers. Every stat is clickable and displays associated tickets and tasks when clicked. In left panel and in top panel there are icons to reach other agent functions, e g CMDB, search reports, etc.
