Ticket – KB Article

Managing of KB Articles related to the ticket. If the Ticket tab is selected in the left panel this tab displays articles related to the ticket.

In the list you can view details and edit an article by click the row. The KB article detailed view will then be opened in a new tab.

Rightmost on row there is a link to remove the relation.

To relate an article to the ticket click Relate an article button. The popup form opened containing function to filter articles by selecting Article Type and/or Language in dropdowns and a feature to search for articles.

After filtering and/or searching the resulting articles are listed. Check article to be related in the checkbox to the left in the list and click Save.

This tab is not shown if User (Requester) or Organization is selected in left panel.
