This tab shows tickets related to this Article, and offers possibilities to add or remove the links. You can relate ticket by clicking the Attach Ticket button (and select Existing in dropdown). In opened form tickets can be searched by name. Selecting checkboxes choose all tickets you want to attach. After that click Save button, and preferred Tickets will appear in list.
You can define the relation between an article and a ticket in the other direction too. To associate an Article to the ticket, go to the preferred ticket´s detail page, in tab KB Article click button Relate an article, and in opened form search and choose Article you want to associate to the ticket. For both types of association the ticket will be listed in this tab.
To remove preferred ticket from list, choose Remove button to the right on row. You can remove more tickets at the same time by select checkboxes leftmost on row and click the button Remove, just above the list, to remove all selected tickets.
