• Pending – These are the requests that are waiting to be handled by the GDPR handler. Either to be accepted or rejected.
• Approved
• Rejected
• Completed – The request has been implemented. Note that it can take some time from that the request is done and approved and until it is completed. This is due to the fact that many of the tasks are not done until a Ticket is closed. There also is a setting that allows you to further delay deletion of data.
The End user can, for each request, see the fall out by looking in SSP > User profile menu > Personal data protection > My requests.
