Assign CI to service order ticket

New settings added in global settings:

Key: AssignCisToTicket

Active: exec app.spSetGlobalSetting 'AssignCisToTicket', 'true'

Inactive: exec app.spSetGlobalSetting 'AssignCisToTicket', 'false'or if is not exist in global settings

This setting shall be activated to make it possible to add a predefined CI to the Service Catalog item and get this CI to be automatically linked to the created Service Order ticket. If this settings is activated NSP will take CI  from reference field in Service item and insert it as linked in created ticket.

Example:

Service item : Open email account (Exchange)

In this service item, a custom reference field is created where you have reference to CI, for example on which server (CI007) you need to create email account.

When Service Order ticket is created you will get CI007 as linked CI in the ticket.
