Create-ticket

As soon as you type create-ticket command, you are started creating ticket procedure.

Bot will ask you for your email address. NOTE: If you provide an email address which is not already existing in the system, new user will be created.

After entering an email, you will ask to select one of available ticket types.

After selecting ticket types, you will be asked to enter values for ticket properties (subject, description, priority, etc.)

After inputting all persecuted information, you will be notified that ticket is successfully created and ticket link will be available.

This ticket link will forward you to ticket in Self Service Portal.

You can cancel ticket creation anytime by typing `quit` or `cancel` command.
