Create Ticket Subtype

Clicking Add new record button opens a popup where Ticket Subtype form is displayed enabling you to create new subtype:

Fields in Ticket Subtype form:

   Strong Name: Enter unique name of the subtype. This name is used internally in the system.

   Localizations: Enter localized names for the Ticket Subtype. You select language from the dropdown list and then add name for that language. Repeat for all used languages.

After entering the data, click Save button.
