The Dashboard tab is visible for logged users only.
These settings allow you to further configure the Self-Service portal layout by selecting which specific sections and widgets will be visible. All options are set through checkboxes.
The tab is divided into 8 sub-sections, each containing specific checkbox, namely:
•Main Menu
•Welcome widget
•Announcements
•Knowledge Base
•Service Catalog
•My Tickets
•Links
•Custom links.
Under the Links settings, you can set the number of columns in the SSP layout with 10 being the allowed maximum.
