Data correction can only be done by initiative of the End user from the Self-service portal, not from Agent portal GDPR-interface.
If an End user want to correct via the Self-service portal the content of your personal data it is done in different manner depending where it resides.
• Tickets – User button > Personal data protection > Personal data > Tickets > Expand the ticket of interest > Row menu on the field of interest > Request data correction.
• Orders – User button > Personal data protection > Personal data > Orders > Expand the order of interest > Expand the order object > Row menu on the field of interest > Request data correction.
In both these cases a dialog is opened that shows the Current value and lets you enter the new. Clicking Submit sends a request to the GDPR-handler that approves or denies. Follow the development under User button > Personal data protection > My Requests.
• Account data – User button > View profile > Edit profile. If you do not find the field containing the data you want to correct, contact the system administrator or the GDPR-handler.
Here you write the new data directly in the form. The data is corrected without need for approval of GDPR handler.
