The feature allows integration with Ebbot Chat application (https://account.v2.ebbot.app/) and if feature is enabled and configured ebbot chat widget will be displayed in SSP home page. Ebbot chat is available only for logged users, not for anonymous people.
Configuration> Channels and Integration > Integration Settings > Ebbot
Activate - function is enabled and Edit action is displayed for Ebbot configuration.
Edit – opens a popup where you need to insert Bot ID. Use Save button to save the configuration or Cancel to discard inputs.
Ebbot – insert Bot ID
Note: You need to create an API key for Ebbot, which is explained in this section, and provide that key to your Ebbot administrator. Ebbot administrator uses that key for Ebbot configuration and provides you with Bot ID and gets you familiar with Ebbot scenarios.
