If you want to use Nilex Service Platform Support application on some external site, you need to insert WebChat widget JavaScript code in your site.
Open Nilex web application, go to Configurations> Global Function settings
In Microsoft Teams integration accordion you will find WebChat widget JavaScript code, copy this code and paste it in your website.
Nilex support app on external sites, works in the same way as in Teams app. You can search through KB or create a ticket.
