In first tab you enter basic custom link information. Form contains following properties:
•Name: Enter name of custom link template (translatable text). Required field.
•URL: Enter URL of custom link. Required field.
•Description: Enter description of custom link template (translatable text).
•Icon: Upload custom link icon. Required field.
•Position: Select position where you want custom link to be displayed. Possible options are:
o Show in SSP Main Menu
o Show in SSP User Menu
o Show as SSP Widget
o Show in Agent Portal User Menu
o Show in Agent Portal Left Menu
o Show in Agent Portal Header
•Action: Choose the way you want the custom link opens. Possible options are:
Ø Open in New Tab
Ø Open in Popup
