Helpdesk Overview (Bar chart)

In this report you can view data for all ticket types. The report is displaying data for one ticket type at a time. The user interface for this report is similar to the Request Tickets Summary Report (Request Tickets Summary Report) except the dropdown list is provided on the top of the page. This dropdown list contains ticket types available in the NSP. You select ticket type to see the report related to it. The report is directly updated when you select a ticket type.

The default is ticket type Request presented for Current month.
