This report includes all tickets created in the last four months, based on their Category:
Last Four Months (Per Category)
The report provides for each category four bars (3) representing the number of tickets created in that category the last four month (2). The report is displayed for the four latest finished month. Current month is not included.
All tickets filtered for the date interval (last four month) are initially displayed in the list below the graph (6). The list provides a search box (4) and Show All button (7).
When you mouse over any bar, a small label is displayed besides it showing the total number of tickets represented by that bar (1). Clicking a bar filters the list to show only tickets included in that bar.
Use Print button (5) to open the print utility. You can do required changes and make a print out of the report.
