Mobile - Add Ticket

By tapping the Add Ticket in the Tickets Main Page, you will get a popup where you should select a Ticket type and one of the forms associated with the selected type.

The content in Ticket type list is dynamic, available types in the list is defined by administrator in web interface. Each Ticket Type (e.g. RequestIncidentProblem, etc.) can have several forms associated with it. Tap a type to expand/collapse the form list for that type. Select a form to be used for the new ticket. You use this form to enter ticket data.

Tap each row in the form to open the particular field for input. Input field can have different behavior due to type of field, e.g. select from a list of users, priorities or categories, checkbox, input a number, input text, a text value, etc.

Mandatory fields is marked with a star (*).

 

Add Ticket – choose ticket type

Tap Check link  in form header when at least all mandatory fields are filled with relevant data to save a ticket.
