In NNS console > File > Settings it is possible to change the settings entered at installation. These settings apply only to the console and how it is connecting, and will not affect the NNS Service. For example, if port is changed in this dialog, NNS Service port-setting is still unchanged.

NNS console can be installed on a client PC but must be able to connect to NNS Service host-server
