By choosing Action Collect the function will look for data on all install units. Here follows description of settings specific for this choice.
•Process custom units - If custom units should be collected (SNMP information from printers etc), check the option .
•Public community –
•Snmp Timeout (sec) –
•Snmp Retries -
When everything is set, click in OK. Now the task should be displayed in task list:

In large networks several collects can be done at different times in order to avoid performance issues on NNS- or SQL server
If a computer is shut down during the scheduled collect, the collect will be done as soon it is online.
