Personal views

The following set-up lets you create a role so when assigned to a user, he or she can create personal views for Tickets. This means that you can let Agents manage their own Views.

As Admin you go to Agent Portal> Configuration> Manage> Roles & Permissions> Create a new or edit an existing> Permissions and mark the following:

   Tab Entity Actions> Tickets > Create and edit only own Views

   Tab Configuration> Entity Management> Views

   Tab Special Permissions> Views> Create, Edit, (Delete) on every entity of interest.

Tip: Create a separate role that grants this functionality, and add to any user that needs it.
