The NSP setup contains several webpages among which the one that is exposed to the Agent and Admin users, here called NSPWEB. If you want to use the mobile function you will also need a webpage for the mobile data communication, here called NSPMOBILE. The mobile application login is made to the NSPWEB page where the user access is verified and the data traffic goes between app and NSPMOBILE. In order for this to work both pages must be public.
