Clicking on Details (7) in the response list opens Survey Detail page. This page displays the response given by requester on the survey. Survey Detail is divided in to two tabs: Details and Survey Response:
•Details tab shows the details of the item, like Id, Subject, Requester, Created Date, Closed Date, Survey Sent Date and Survey Response Date.
•Survey Response tab shows the response given by the Requester. It displays the survey form filled with the responses given.
