Sync Log

Button in LDAP Server Job list displays previous sync details, log history and provides possibility to approve non-auto approved import. History progress is created each time when job is run according the schedule and collects previous job sync details, like starting date and progress status, which is used to check if sync was successfully run.

Sync can be started manually or automatically when scheduled. Both situations will create new Log. Sync is defined as compiling data about all users who meet the criteria set at the log table. If the Sync job is set with Auto approved import, all inserted users from log table are automatically synchronized with user table. If Auto approved import is not set, AD administrator must approve posts manually.

Two job sync jobs cannot be run at the same time. Every import whether it was a Sync Now or a Scheduled job is shown as a record in a table in History progress page.

Progress Log History: Click here to open a page where you can see a list of synchronized posts and time data when the job was runned.

Delete log data: Remove the data collected in this Progress history.

This icon shows if the synchronization fails. If this has happened you must goto Configuration> Manage> Scheduled Events and remove the Sync Event. It will have the same icon there. No new sync can be done before the failed has been removed.
