Options are provided here to define setting for tabs:
•Do not Close form when Save: Enabling this option will allow user to update the ticket without closing the page. If this option is enabled then ticket detail page will not be closed when you change the status of a ticket.
•Open default form when clicking Add + tab: Check this option to enable click Add + button will open default ticket form. If this is not enabled then New option will not be displayed when you mouse over the Add + button and clicking the button will not perform any action, default entity form will not be opened. To open a form you have to select ticket type in the menu.
•Maximum open tab allowed: The value in this field defines the maximum tabs allowed to be opened at the same time beside Add + button.
