If Tawk chat is enabled in the system there is a widget available in Self Service Portal home page. The widget look and appearance can be different configured, can as example look like:

To start a chat with an agent, just click the widget and start to write a question/message:

If no agent is online the widget is shown as . But you can always open widget and write a question/message. You will get an answer when there is an agent available.
To end the chat session you select End this chat session in the menu:
End chat session
When you end the chat you have the possibility to send a printout of the conversation to an email address. Following form is shown:

Enter an email address and click Email Transcript.
