You can define tags for use in email templates using this option. Tags used in email templates to include texts to maintain an identical flow of the emails in the system. When an email text template is used the tag will be replaced with the text value.
Template tags in standard system:
•Header: Greeting or welcome text in email.
•Footer: Standard end of the email, regards, etc.
•SystemURL: Url to agent portal, e g http://agent-portal-url.com.
•AuthServerUrl: Url to authentication server, e g https://agent-portal-url-auth.com.
Template tags
A list of defined Template Tags is displayed, Add and Edit functions are similar to other types. When you click Add new record button Create Template Tags form is displayed in a popup. Enter following values:
•Strong Name: Enter the unique name of the tag. Note that the tag name shall not contain spaces (must be defined as e g “SystemURL”, not “System URL”).
•Value: Enter value for the field. This value will be used as a replacement text for the field wherever it is referred as a tag in email template. You can preview the value by clicking the Preview button.
