Stage and Status

Stage defines different steps of ticket or task lifecycle. One stage could hold several Statuses, e g stage Open consists of statuses Assigned and In Progress.

Stages and statuses for each entity is defined in Entity Editor, see Entity Editor.

When Stage or Status is displayed as a column in ticket or task list they are shown with text in a colored box (colors for the entity are defined in Entity Editor):

Task Count

Task Count is a column that is selectable for ticket views. The value is no of tasks connected to the ticket (if there are tasks connected, if not value is blank). If all tasks are completed the value is written in a green square. If at least one of the tasks is not finished value is written in a red square:
