Ticket Source Icons

Tickets could be submitted to NSP in several different ways. In The Source Icon defines from which service channel the ticket has been received.

The Source Icon is displayed in Ticket Lists, on Ticket Tabs and in Ticket Detail pages. Source Icons used in the system are:

 

 

System, the ticket is created in the NSP system.

Ticket is created as a Scheduled Ticket.

Ticket is created on Self Service Portal.

Ticket is created from Email sent to NSP system.

Ticket is created in Facebook.

Ticket is created in Twitter.

Ticket is created as an order in Service Catalog.

Ticket is created in NSP mobile app.

Ticket is created from phone call (CTI).
