Reinstallation
Reinstallation can be useful when upgrading agents. To reinstall agents, chose the computers in the list by checking them and select the menu Network Units / Reinstall Checked Units.
Upgrade NNS Client agent with only its connection
If another tool has been used to install the agent originally, all the prerequisites for a successful upgrade may not exist, using the manager. It is then possible to use the feature “Force agents to upgrade themselves”. This will use only the connection already established to agent, so no other resource such as File & printer sharing service or NetBIOS ports will be required. Select the menu Network Units / Force agents to reinstall themselves (Ctrl+F).
