The Settings tab is displayed only when User tab is selected in the left part because settings are associated with the User only and not to Organization. Settings take effect only for the logged-in user. If User has not saved User Settings the system will use default settings for the Agent Portal.
After updating setting fields, click Submit as: Save button at the bottom of the page to save the details.
