Knowledge base Insert

In the Self Service portal in NSP you can access the Knowledge base and search for information. You can create and manage articles to provide knowledge to the End Users. Forum comprises content in a hierarchical order:

The user interface for Agent Self Service portal is similar to that of End User portal, except Agent has been given some more features.  These extended features are explained in this section.
