NSP Mobile Ticket Details

In this section you can find Ticket Details (same fields as in Create new Ticket in NSP Mobile beside that the fields are already filled with Ticket data). All the fields in this page have same features and functionalities as of Create new Ticket in NSP Mobile.

After updating data, tap the Save button. A popup containing all available ticket statuses. When you select Status from the list the ticket details and Status will be saved.
