Similar to Forum Topics the Tickets search result could be used when you add or edit a ticket and ticket detail page is opened. The ticket Subject and Description content could be added to the new ticket.
When you edit an existing ticket, references to tickets in search result could be added as links between tickets or as links in Comment text.
Note that functions for Subject and Description work only when you add a new ticket whereas functions for Comment work only while editing a ticket.
