Agent Rate Types

Agent Rate Type enables to have different rates for the same agent in the same currency. The list shows all standard (pre-created in the system) and custom Agent Rate Types existing in database.

Just above the list is button Add Agent Rate Type and by clicking that you can create new Agent Rate Type. The opened form offers possibility of defining rate details, you have to input Name (required field), Description and you can mark a checkbox to set this rate type as default.

Rightmost on the rows in list there is a menu containing selections used for editing or deleting existing Agent Rate Types. In this menu you also find Set as default. One (and only one) of the Rate Types must be set as default. If you select other type as default the default mark for earlier selected type is disabled. When you add a new work log in a ticket, if agent has Agent Hourly Rate with default Agent Rate Type defined, that rate will be initially selected in work log form.

Agent rate name is unique, so you cannot add more agent rate types with the same name.

Note: Standard Agent Rate Types cannot be edited or deleted. For those only Set as default is available in the menu.

      Standard

      Overtime

      Urgent

      Weekend
