Alternative 1: Click on the user name in the top right corner of the Self Service portal (next to the Log out link) to open the User profile. See End User Profile
Alternative 2: Click on the user name in the top right corner of the Agent portal. Choose User Profile in the menu and navigate to the Settings tab. See Agent User Profile.
Mark the check box Enable Single Sign-On and NSP will log on automatically the next time you start NSP in the browser.
