Number of tickets connected to CI

This report shows a list of all CIs which are connected to ticket in the time interval specified by the selected date filter at the top of the page. Default selected date filter is Current month. Date filter is described in General features.

In this report you can view all CIs connected to ticket and number of tickets to which they are linked. This report can help to identify CIs with many issues.

List contains following columns:

      Id: CI reference number (Id).

      Name:  CI name.

      Created Date: CI creation date.

      Count: Number of tickets on which CI is connected.

Open a CI by clicking it in the list.

The list provides a search box and an export button. System searches for the keyword in following columns: Id and Name. Export is described in General User Interface.
