Settings

The language setting can be done in the form Settings. This form you can reach by click your name in upper right corner and select Settings:

In this form you can also activate Single Sign-on, see section Single Sign-On (SSO). This setting is available only if Single Sign-on is enabled in system by the system administrator.

Third setting, Enable Knowledge Base search, is available if system administrator has enabled the feature in permission settings. If you enable the setting here you can search for solutions in Knowledge base in form for Sumbit Ticket.
