Reports are used to sort out and make visible the quantity and/or quality of work in NSP. In a Report Template you define which data shall be included, how it shall be filtered out and in what format it will be presented (list, pivot table or diagram). For each Report Template you first select a data object (e g Ticket, Task, Organization, e a).
Reports could be sent to recipients on command or scheduled for automatically generation and sent by email.
To access Report Templates page, go to Configurations > Manage > Report Templates.
When you create a Report Template you first connect the template to one of the system objects: Ticket or any of ticket types, e g Request, Incident, Problem or Change, Task, CI, Person or Organization. Then you get access to the Report object´s data for the report. You can create two types of reports: List Reports and Matrix Reports.
