Note that it is only users with an End user account that have possibility to manage personal data from SSP. If you open SSP as Agent or Admin this alternative is not available.
As an End user you can from the Selfservice portal send requests to do the following:
•Delete personal data on closed Tickets
•Correct faulty data on Tickets and Orders
•Asked to be “forgotten” as an user (personal data on tickets are deleted as well as the user account it selves).
The request is sent to a GDPR-handler that either approves or rejects it.
