User Created tab contains a list of user defined entities and holds options to configure the entities.
User defined entities are defined in Entity Editor. Entities can be used as a reference property in other entity, when you configure the user defined entity you decide which values should be selectable.
Entities are shown in this list only if they are selected to be configurable, checkbox Include in Configuration is enabled, see section Add New Entity how to create a new user defined entity.
To be able to configure an entity (define selectable instances) there has to be at least one form defined for the selected entity. When you define a form you define which data properties shall be included. Read more about creating forms for an entity in section Form Editor. If no form is created for the entity you will get an error message when trying to configure the entity.
Click the triangle symbol in front of the entity name to expand the entity and show a list of configured instances.
Add new instance by clicking Add New Record button and input data in the popup form. If more than one form has been defined for the entity, the default form will be used.
Each row has action buttons Edit and Active/Inactive.
