Add article from ticket

In ticket detail form there is for Solution comments a button  to create an article from the ticket content. Clicking this button opens following form:

New Article from Ticket

In this form you have to fill at least all mandatory fields. Fields are described in section Add new Article above. Selected Type (Article Type) settles the content in next step (Mapping). Click Next to proceed.

Mapping tab contains left a list of properties defined for the selected Article Type. For each property there is a dropdown containing Ticket and Comment properties. Select for each row which data shall be copied from the ticket.

Click Next to proceed to Preview tab (or Back to return to Article Properties tab).

Preview tab shows the result of the input. If it is ok, click Save to add the article (or Back to return to Mapping tab).
