Product Registry

Product Registry is a catalog of all products available, registry defines each product and its attributes, such as name, type, category, manufacturer, etc. Here you configure the different products you invoice for e g lease or spare parts.

The table shows all products existing in database. Above list there is a dropdown filter to select all or single Status (Active, Discontinued or Planned) products.

Click a row to View the product.

Just above the table is button Add Product and by clicking that you can create new product. First step is to select a Product Type in a popup.

In the opened form you define all product details. The list below shows the default properties. Other custom properties can have been added to your specified Product Type.

   Name (required field).

   Product Category (required field): Select from dropdown.

   Type: This is the Product Type you selected in first step, cannot be edited here.

   Status (required field): Select Active, Discontinued or Planned from dropdown.

   Depreciation model: Select from dropdown.

   Tax rate: Select from dropdown.

   Manufacturer: Autocomplete field, start typing name, select from result in dropdown, or open form for selection with  button.

   Description.

   Image: Klick the image box to open file explorer to select an image file.

This table will also be used for editing or deleting existing products. Those selections you find in menu rightmost on row.
