When you have chosen the report type Chart Report, you can select one of these chart types in Content section:
•Bar chart: Horizontal (Vertical). Present the amount distribution of the property selected for x-axis (y-axis).
•Pie chart: Could be selected as a Pie chart or Donut chart. Present the division of the total amount in different pieces.
•Line chart: Present the amount of the selected property distributed over time. This chart can answer questions like “How many tickets have been created in different support groups?” Date field = Created Date, Group by = Group. By using the field Date format you can select the resolution of the chart. You can also filter out a specific time interval by using the report template filter function.
•Area chart: Shows data in the same way as Line chart. The difference is that data lines are summarized in top of each other. The total graph shows then the total amount of the data object.
