Export function allows you to export data in two formats: PDF or Excel. The content of the export can be limited using search and/or filters.
Description of export form is found in section General user interface.
Here you define which properties shall be included as columns in the export file. For standard export you can select only standard properties, same set of properties selectable to show in CI List, see CI List Configuration. If you need to export other data, e g CI subtype properties or user defined properties, you need to use the CI Advanced Export function.
After finishing settings click on Export button.
