Nilex CTI Client does not use NSP language tags, instead the translation is based on Operating System localization. This means that the GUI tags are read from a resource file and the language shown depends on what language the user has set on the computer. The system is delivered with translations for Swedish and English. If you are planning to use another language contact Nilex support for further guidance.
